Welcome back new and former Stonybrookers!! This year is shaping up to be one of the best we've had. We have SIX - count 'em 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 - clinics including rabies along with our 3 Open Shows, 2 Fun Shows, and 2 JPRs. We are so excited to be hosting so many events at SSC. We want to bring in new faces to our horsey family. Whether they are members, volunteers, advertisers, sponsors, your neighbor down the street, or your second grade teacher - BRING EM! We would love to meet them and show them what a great little club we have. Remember, our club is what we make of it. It is up to us to have a great year and I know we can do it! So saddle up everyone and enjoy the ride!
Kick Off Nights
Bringing it Back! Kick Off nights were introduced in 2014 as a way to clean up and prepare the grounds for the upcoming show. Kick Off nights are generally held a couple days prior to an event at the club. It is a great time to get to know other Stonybrook members and also earn some Stonybrook Bucks. Feel free to bring some food and a friend.
We are asking all members to please volunteer for at least one committee to help out for 2015. Remember, all the time you spend volunteering for Stonybrook earns you "Stonybrook Bucks" which you may use to bid on items at the Year End Award Banquet. Please choose a committee from the following list:
Membership applications were included in your monthly newsletter. If you did not receive a newsletter, applications may be picked up at the clubhouse the day of a meeting or event. Or reach us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include a committee you would like to help out with on your . Mail your application along with a check to our P.O. box or drop it off at one of our meetings. May is the deadline for all renewals, but you can still turn your application in at any time.
